Decent, but shipping was a surprise
I was checking out Vino.com because I needed some Marsala, and they had a pretty good selection. The prices seemed okay compared to Wijnvoordeel, but then I got to the end and saw the shipping costs! It added an extra $8.95 to my order, which felt a bit steep. Still, the wine itself was fine.
Excellent selection and service
My recent order from Vino included a few bottles of Amarone della Valpolicella and some Sommelier accessories. The ordering process on their website was smooth and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. Delivery was within the promised timeframe, about 6 days, and everything arrived well-packed and undamaged. I even contacted customer service with a question about a specific vintage before my purchase, and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The Amarone tasted great, exactly as described. The wine glasses I got were also very good quality for the price. I'd recommend them for their wide range of Italian wines and reliable service.
